Construction Stage
Excavation, Footings & Foundations
We Excavate our own sites, poor our own footings and construct our own foundation walls (ICF). This way we are always sure that the base of your structure is 100% sound
Floors & Sub-Floors
Concrete floors with or without radiant in-floor heating, Engineered sub-floors of any kind.
Structural
ICF, Timber-Framing, Post and Beam, SIP-panels, Stick-framing, Roof systems and Steel structural members
Whatever you end up choosing we'll get it done decks, porches and gazebo's not excluded
Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Well-drilling and Septic systems and insulation
We use only Licenced Trades if it comes to our project.
We out-source these parts of your project to professional businesses.
But if you have a small plumbing or insulation job we are willing to help you out personally
Roofing & Siding, Soffit/Facia
We do all our roof sheeting our self and often tend to membrane to.
We'll put steel roofing on but source out shingling as were not competitive on the bigger project.
We install the following types of siding:
* Vinyl (horz. & Vert.) * Steel siding
* Wood siding (real lumber) * Engineered wood siding
* Natural veneer stone * Natural fullbed stone
Windows and doors
We Install as well interior as exterior windows and doors.
Finishing
Drywall, Mudding & Painting
We do all of the above in small quantities.
As soon as were talking about mudding an entire basement or house this will be out-sourced to the professionals that do these jobs on a daily base
Flooring, Ceilings and Trim
We put in any kind of flooring you decide on putting down in your house.
Hardwood, laminate, Vinyl (boards and tiles), Ceramic tiles, brick, etc.

We Install Bathrooms and kitchens.
